According to present policy the .co.id domain name is for companies officially registered in Indonesia. Many multi-nationals are registering using their Indonesian rep office or Indonesian local partners business entity. Upload of a scanned valid person identity (passport, id card etc) is required for all registrations including .co.id Documents indicating valid company business identity and licenses as also required. If the domain name indicates a famous known brand name, documents indicating the right to use the name will also be useful for the approval process.

You could consider to use .web.id (mostly used for personal use) as an option. Some international companies are using .web.id. Application for .web.id does not require company licenses (a passport or valid identification will do).
